Oracle Retail integration
Connecting Oracle Retail applications to each other, and to everything else in the estate.
RICS deprecation readiness
Oracle has scheduled RICS components for phased deprecation, and SOAP RIB-EXT with Basic Authentication stops being supported after Q3 of calendar year 2027. That is a dated, deadline-driven programme affecting every third-party interface you own. We map what you actually have — which is rarely what the documentation says — then migrate interface by interface to REST and OAuth 2.0 with a rollback position at each step.
Mapping an estate nobody documented
Most integration landscapes grew rather than being designed. Before changing anything we produce the message-flow map that should already exist, including the direct database links and file drops that were never meant to be permanent.
Error handling is the deliverable
Any integration works on the happy path. What separates a good one is what happens when a message fails at 2am — whether anyone is alerted, whether it can be safely reprocessed, and whether reprocessing in the wrong order makes it worse.
