Oracle Retail implementation
Greenfield implementations, replatforming from a legacy estate, and adding an application to a suite you already run.
We plan for the second store, not the first
The first store go-live is a pilot regardless of what the plan calls it. What matters is what you learn from it and how quickly the next twenty absorb those lessons. We design the pilot to surface configuration and adoption problems while they are still cheap.
Data migration is the schedule risk
Item, supplier, cost, price and inventory-position migration is where implementations slip, because the source data is always messier than the extract suggested. We profile it early and give you the defect count before it becomes a go/no-go argument.
Customisation gets challenged before it gets built
Every customisation is a permanent liability at every future upgrade. Some are genuinely necessary. Many exist because a process was never revisited. We will tell you which is which, including when the answer is inconvenient.
